Call Manager - Integration Announcement

Call Manager has recently been upgraded to allow integration with 3rd party fire and access / security control systems. Messages are able to be routed between these systems and displayed throught the nurse call system to the members of the organisation that require them. The fire and access / security systems include: -

Samsung OfficeServ telephony system
Paging systems including ESPA and Scope

Courtney-Thorne launch entry model for budget savvy homes

A ‘budget friendly’ nurse call system has been developed and launched by Courtney-Thorne. The Economy+ wireless nurse system is ideally suited to the smaller care home or care home groups.

Economy+ still features a 15” touchscreen panel with audio speaker, location mapping and live call list. It simply has other features omitted, such as extended zoning capability and remote viewable call data, staff attack integration, that are more popular with the larger groups of care homes.

After completing a customer research survey many smaller, individual care homes will be pleased to see Courtney-Thorne returning to their routes by launching the streamlined model. They now offer nurse call solutions for all size homes and groups ranging from the new entry model to the latest wireless systems that fully integrate with telephony and patient records through tablets and smart phones.
