Courtney Thorne has achieved even more impressive results than the year before from its set of customer satisfaction surveys.
Through surveying Courtney Thorne customers at each key point, we ensure we continually improve our service in order to strengthen our position as the leader in the Wireless Nurse Call sector.
The key scores from the 2016 survey:
- 95% of customers felt that having a Courtney Thorne Nurse Call system improved the safety of their residents
- 95% of customers said that having a Courtney Thorne system made them feel more confident about complying with CQC regulations
- Our Engineers achieved an overall score of 4.27 out of 5 for the quality of their service visits
