Graham graduated from Oxford Brookes University and went on to work as a software engineer, developing CRM software for financial organisations. He left in 1999 to start-up and run a London based Internet software agency and having acquired a broad set of skills, then set up a market leading e-commerce business. In 2007 Graham joined Courtney Thorne, his family business, as Managing Director and has overseen an ongoing period of significant growth.

Lorna gained her financial background in private and investment banking sectors with American Express Bank in Poole. She then moved to J.P. Morgan in London before moving to the Middle East for two years. In 2007 Lorna moved back to Bournemouth to join Courtney Thorne, her family business, as Director of Operations & Human Resources.

Dave joined Courtney Thorne in 2017 after a long and fruitful career in the Electronic Fire & Security industry. Working in well known security and telecommunications brands such as ADT and BT, Dave’s last role was as Sales Director at CSL Ltd. Responsibilities included the introduction and growth in sales of CSL’s IoT, M2M and secure connectivity into the Healthcare sectors in both the UK and Ireland. Since joining Courtney Thorne some strategic changes have meant that the sales and marketing team has grown in terms of accomplishments, delivering throughout the recent pandemic and setting the standard in professionalism and success.
