Outstanding employees recognised at Courtney Thorne awards ceremony

Significant contributions, outstanding performances, and long periods of service were celebrated at Courtney Thorne’s recent staff awards ceremony. Special awards were given out throughout the evening to our employees, as a way of recognising those going the extra mile in their roles and thanking them for their pivotal contributions to the company, as we continue to maintain our title as the industry-leading providers of nurse call systems for hospitals and care homes.

The Winners

Engineering Supervisor Helen Freeman who won the ‘Employee of the year Award’ said:

“Thank you to the lovely people that voted for me. A big surprise, it makes it very special when your colleagues have taken the time to vote for you. Thank you for all your help and kindness – it’s much appreciated”.

Managing Director Graham Vickrage said:

“It’s good to be able to look back and reflect on how we have done both as individuals and collectively. Over the last 18 months there have been significant changes within the business as we work toward our ambitious strategy plan. Throughout this process and all the challenges that come with it the team has always risen to the occasion, none more so than Helen who deservedly wins our Employee of year award. Congratulations to Helen and all the other winners on the night.”
