If there is something that our guides do not cover, and you’re covered by an annual service contract agreement or are still within your warranty period, our Technical Assistance Centre is there to help you with any concerns or queries regarding your nurse call system.
Staffed by our team of highly trained engineers, the Centre is available to assist you Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Simply call 0800 068 7419 to connect with our team of experts.
If you’re covered by our service contracts, you can call outside these times by calling our 24-hour Emergency Assistance Helpline.
