Last year, Courtney Thorne attained the coveted “Made in Britain” trademark.  We also have a CE accreditation, tested and certified by an independent test house.  These sit alongside the fact that our systems are designed not just to meet, but exceed relevant standards and home office recommendations – for example, HTM Regulations like HTM08-03, the NHS’ Hospital’s standard for Nurse Call.

A Day in the Life: Our Manufacturing Process

Our manufacturing floor is a high-precision environment where technology meets craftsmanship. Here’s what a typical day looks like:

1. Component Preparation

   Every product is subjected to a battery of tests—from signal strength validation to operational durability. We test for range, interference, power consumption, and overall system performance.
5. Final Quality Assurance
   Before leaving our facility, all products undergo a final round of testing, inspection, and approval by our quality assurance team.
