If you’re covered by an annual service contract agreement, or are still within your warranty period, our Technical Assistance Centre is there to help you with any concerns or queries regarding your nurse call system.

Our Altra Range comes with a three-year warranty and all other products are guaranteed for one year. Thanks to the reliability of every component, we’re confident that you’re unlikely to need it, but if you do, you’re covered.

We offer different levels of service packages and bespoke maintenance contracts for NHS hospitals and care home groups to suit the exact needs of your organisation – and your budget.
Call outs and one-off service visits
When you need help with your nurse call system, it’s reassuring to know we can be at your side to resolve your issue if our Technical Assistance Centre can’t fix it over the phone.
When you report a major issue like a system down for example, we’ll send an engineer out to you. If you don’t have an annual service contract in place, we’ll quote to visit to get your system fixed and give you an official certificate of inspection for your records when our work is complete.
Training courses for you and your team
Having the best trained staff means that you’re protecting your patients and residents to the highest possible levels of safety.
We offer training courses on all aspects of our nurse call systems for all nursing and care staff who need it, whether it’s complete training or refresher training.
